As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) is rapidly evolving with an increasing impact on all of us, we wanted to reach out and let you know that Harper Group is here for you.

Our first and foremost priority is, and always will be, everyone’s health and wellbeing, so we believe it is critical to do our part to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19.  To do this, here are some of the steps Harper Group is taking to keep you, our employees and our communities safe and healthy.

Here’s What We are Doing:

Following the Guidelines
All of our Territory Managers who are traveling and meeting with retailers are following all guidelines from the CDC, including those on washing hands, using hand sanitizer and social distancing. We are also making sure employees stay home if they are feeling unwell and we are ensuring they have the information they need to stay healthy.

Leveraging Technology
Our Territory Managers have the ability to schedule virtual appointments using Microsoft Teams video conferencing should this be preferred, or necessary, as a way to meet. Your Territory Manager will be in touch with more information on scheduling virtual appointments.

Providing Uninterrupted Service
Our showroom and office teams are well-equipped to work from home and will be doing so for the near term. We will have no interruption in service to our team, partners and retailers.

Being Available and Accessible
Harper Group is here for you and ready to help with all order issues, inventory reports, reorders, shipment issues and more. Please contact us by phone (212) 868-1802, chat on our website, email us or text us at (917) 877-1068 for assistance.

Sharing News
Both our Stylemax show in Chicago which was scheduled for March 29-31 and the Minneapolis Mart scheduled for March 20-24 have been canceled.

Working with Our Brands to Find Ways to Help You
We are working with all of our brands to encourage extended specials and favorable terms to help retailers through this challenging time.

Adding Value Everywhere We Can
We’re thinking about you and your needs and we are looking for ways to add value, share useful information and foster community in this time of crisis. To that end, we are launching an email newsletter to share what we are hearing from brands and retailers alike, including creative ideas to help you work around some of the challenges we are all facing.

I can’t thank you enough for being a part of the Harper Group family. On behalf of everyone here, we wish you, your employees and your families safety and good health.

Sincerely,

Scott Harper
